| Counseling Rates
Basic Rate Information In order to keep costs as low as possible for our guests, Bethel Ridge is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that depends on the provision of God and the gifts of our supporters. At Bethel Ridge, the cost to our guests for counseling and accommodations are separate. The final cost of your stay will include charges for both. The number of hours of counseling / day can be individualized based on your needs. Most of our guests receive approximately 4 - 6 hours of private counseling per day. Rates Counseling fees are based on the Medicare fee formula of $150 / hour. Non-insured clients will be billed at the same rate. All our clients receive a provider discount of 40%. We attempt to work with you and any medical / insurance benefits you may have. If you are uninsured, you may request an application for a scholarship that is available based on need. Please contact us for more details. Billing and Insurance Bethel Ridge is able to bill your medical insurance directly. Unfortunately, we are not accepted by all insurance companies as a preferred or in network provider ( Please see our list of accepted insurance plans below). We recommend you check with your insurance company regarding your specific benefits. You may need to get special authorization. There may also be deductibles, co-pays, and uninsured services. We will bill your insurance directly and notify you about any unpaid balance that is your responsibility.
